hey i was wondering if anyone saw that article on T-nation about doing 100 dips and 100 chins? it was a challenge one of the authors put out and i thought i would try it. and omg this workout gave me a ridiculous pump and a great workout! the dips werent really a problem for me, it was the chins that was killing me. after i hit around 50 chins i was ready to quit haha! but i bang out 100 reps of each and afterwards my arms were toast. i did it in 15 minutes. which was surprising because i was expecting a little longer. i think im gonna try it again in about a week or so and try to beat my time. just thought i would tell you guys. if your someone lookin for a good challenge i would recommend this routine. good luck! haha

at the very end of the article it says: "By the way, the best exercise for increasing your chin-ups is the Push Away From the Dinner Table You Fat Bastard.)" LOLOL

LOLOL haha I remember that. When t-nation writes these types of "challenges" they're basically ripping off a crossfit workout. If you're interested in that kind of training check out crossfit.com.
