im new to bodybuilding im just trying to get bigger and ripped more. i just started weight training so im VERY new. im 16 years old and 180 pounds by the way im also 6 foot tall. im pretty muscular for someone who has never worked out i would have to say.... i went to a store today and they had this stuff for 15 bucks so i decided to try it. its called "100% whey Protein" and its Protein Powder... i just truied my first glass today with 2% milk. i will probably try adding fruits like Blueberry's to it. is this stuff any good? and if so how should i use it? im so new to this. its a little hard to understand some things, im just starting weight training so i am trying to figure out a routine!
