I can't seem to get to the pics, but from the way it sounds, you need to lose fat. You can do bench presses all day long, but you'll still have that cone shaped fat on top of any muscle you build- There's no such thing as targeting fat by exercising that area either, sorry to say. The best way to lose fat is through cardio and proper nutrition, so head over to the nutrition forum and ask some questions about how to eat to burn fat, then get a nice cardio program and get to work. When it comes to building muscle, you need a nice full body workout- Just working your chest is a waste of time and effort, and it won't produce the results you want. See, in order to get a nice shaped chest, your shoulders have to be able to help support the weight during your bench presses, so you have to work those- Oh, and the triceps do quite a bit of work in benching too, so you'll need to work those to get the chest you want- And nothing looks worse than someone with big triceps and no biceps, so you might as well add those in there. Also, when it comes to doing standing barbell curls and military presses, which are two big muscle builders for the biceps and shoulders, you'll need to have a strong lower back and legs to keep you steady throughout the movement, so you'll have to work your legs and back also. Sure, I probably sound like one of the bodybuilders you're too lazy to ask, but those are the basic facts- By working everything out, you reduce the risk of injury and also improve your entire body in many, many ways. Working just one area always ends up looking ridiculous anyway- I work with a guy who blasts his arms as hard as he can- Which isn't very hard, since the rest of his body is so weak- And all the women laugh behind his back when he struts around in a tank top because while his arms may have some definition, he also has a pot belly and no chest or shoulders.
