10,000 calorie diet Six Pack
-
Wednesday, February 11, 2009 5:40 PM

If I was on a 10,000 calorie diet everyday and worked out really hard. how many pounds would I gain in a month? Would I also lose my sixpack even though I will be training intensly on my arms, chest legs? what is also the best fat burner available? I really need to put on weight for football. All good answers greatly apreciated

You don't realise how much 10,000 calories is do you? A McChicken with large fries is about 1200 calories I think, so 10,000 calories is around 8.3 of those. But I shouldn't really be using fast food as an example. It's is alot harder getting enough calories with clean food then with 'dirty' food.

Wat are u trying to do?? u cant burn fat and get muscle at the same time legally and 10,000 is a stupidly high number only reason phelps eats that much is cause hes swimming all the time. read around on the forum before u start asking questions

um... guys.. -yes i deffinatly agree it is extreemly difficult to be healthy eating that much, and its hard-if not imposible for some- to do that and gain mass and lose fat.. however, idk about phelps but i myself eat around that caloric value and stay at a really low BF% i am a tall/big dude so idk.. (i think phelps has marfans syndrom like me, that could have something to do with it considering the effects on the heart.. im off topic though...) but melano dont think you can just jump in and do this.. people that can eat like that and stay small arent eating because we are trying to hit a number, we're just that hungry. YES, if you want to gain muscle mass then you need to eat a little more than average but that doesnt mean just eat.. if you eat more then your body needs then its going to turn the calories directly into fat.. the end. eat healthy and regularly, i think someone posted an article on healthy eating on here, "check that out" if you get just the right amount of calories you will get the gains you want and KEEP YOUR ABS in good time! also, no1 can say how much you will gain that depends on your body. and if you are going for strength and weight/muscle mass, then train your WHOLE body not just the few parts

Pastor, are you saying that you eat 10000 calories a day?? I kind of find it hard to believe that you eat anywhere near that and are 5% bf like it says in your sig.

ok so seeing as how i dont want to be regarded as a lier on this site.. i thought i'd post the calories in one of ther things i eat regularly. about every 2 days for the past 4 or 5 weeks ive been making and eating a little over a half a batch of granola, i say this all the time "GRANOLA" -what can i say i love it and the energy i get from it-. i got it from the healthy recipies forum and then added a lot to it, its what i eat during the school hours and between meals, so only a fraction of daily intake but it's without a doubt the biggest single serving i eat in a day.. "stats of my granola(in volume and calories)" lol sams choice indulgent trail mix(whole bag): 2203.16c 3cups of old fashon oats: 900.c 1 pack of hot chocolate mix: 120.c 1/2 cup of penut butter: 760.c 1cup coconut meat: 283.c 1stick of butter: 810.c 1cup bran flakes: 135.c 1/2cup light brown sugar: 360.c 1/2cup pure honey: 480.c 1/4cup molasass: 200.c 2tbsp dark corn syrup: 120.c 1/4cup flax seed: 299.c 3tbsp sesame seed: 156.c 1tbsp lemon juice: 3.38c 1/4 cup dry/raw pumpkin seed: 186.75c comes to a total of:13267.45 i hope you see, im serious about how much i eat.. there's no reason for me to lie about something that no1 believes in the first place

It's funny how he mentions his around 5% bf, and now states that he can't be any higher than 10% bf, lol. 5% and 10% is a very big difference. Unless he provides some pictures....I don't think I or any of the other forum members will believe him.

If you want to gain weight and get bigger for football, then you will need to eat a lot of food. It's always preferrable to eat healthy foods, but some "unhealthy" foods can be helpful in gaining weight faster. Definately expect to lose sight of your abs while you gain weight. Don't worry though, the fat that you gain from a good bulk is easy to lose. Eat a lot of foods, lift heavy and consistently, and you will gain a lot of muscle. 10,000 calories a day is too much, but you most likely won't even be able to eat that much every day anyway. Don't even worry about counting calories though. Check your weight, and if you are gaining weight, then you know you are eating enough. If you're not gaining weight then you simply need to eat more everyday.
