You should eat like that every day, and lift very heavy.  You will be a monster.

I'm jealous that I didn't eat that much.

Your body can't digest all of that stuff together efficiently.  That's probably why you feel like crap.

A lot of people think it's a gimmick, but I follow the Gracie diet.   Well, in terms of food mixing anyway.

In basic terms, you can eat whatever you want as long as you don't mix certain foods.  It's main purpose is digestive health and efficiency.

If you want to bulk on the Gracie diet, you can.  If you want to cut, you can.  So long as you don't mix foods that can't be digested properly together.

Although, I practice the 80/20 rule.  So I'm not on the diet all the time.

Anyone with a high cholesterol at a young age simply means they had very little hormones.

Cholesterol is turned into multiple hormones in our body, mainly testosterone, this is why people on the keto diet have more hormones simply.

Cholesterol is converted easily into these hormones and the reason cholesterol becomes a problem when your older is simply because its no longer being converted into hormones.

10,000 Calories? Yeah I can probably still suck that down in a day, I used to when I was much larger... things changed on a snap decision for my future though... :/

I still enjoy the old mac and cheese from time to time... like right now... but I'm about to go outside and run... soooo....

This topic is old...
