Yeah you look like you've gained some solid muscle there! What was your bulk plan? Diet, training etc. What number difference have you gained? i.e how big were your biceps before?

i do 1 body part 1 day
1 hour max
my max bench press is 201.6 pounds
and max deadlift is 270 pounds
and i eat 200 gm liquid cheese after my training
i eat regular food.
my biceps are 15.25 inches previously 14.7 inches

BF% has increased significantly.  You look more in the 13 - 15 range though... But obviously you had it tested.  
 
I can see you lost your vascularity and your waist size has actually increased your middle looks larger now then before.  On the bright side your arms have gotten bigger.  Keep bulking but be sure your eating fairly clean.  Maybe get those arms up to 16 inches then do a cut back down to you previous weight you will probably lose about .75 on the arms but your BF% will be lower then the first picture.

 you are right my body fat percentage is less now
16.8 was in feb 2008

Im sure you are capable of benching more then 201 lbs man. Thats around what i bench and im not nearly as big as you lol.
