You know, fats are not necessarily a bad thing. What really matters is your total calories. If you aren't eating too much over your maintance for cals, eating more good fat is actually a good thing. Fats help promote hormones like GH and Testosterone. I recently went on a diet of 36% fat and lost about a solid pound of fat this week. Not saying go and eat fried food but if you eat more fat from nuts, olive oil, avacado, cheese, you should see benefits and not gain fat. Its all about balance, your diet should never significantly reduce your intake of each macromolecule whether its fats or carbs.

your symmetry is way off, look at your traps and arms.  As for doing a lat spread pull your arms back close to your body as if you were pulling a bar to your stomach.  Then place your hands on your waist and flare out the lat while pulling the shoulders and arms forward

Great job man, looks like you've got that solid V-shape.

I don't think you should worry about losing some ab-visual. From the looks of your first picture, you've got pretty good metabolism and shouldn't have a problem shredding up those abs after you bulk some more.
Shoulders back.
Head high.
Always progressing.

Supps: whey, flax oil, food, water

and Super Pump, it makes me dizzy sometimes
