1 month before and after pics. . .somewhat. - Tuesday, September 01, 2009 9:16 AM ( #1 )
So I have been trying the bodybuilding and nutrition since 2008m, and have lost about 20 - 30 pounds since jan 08.  So now I decided to go for the six pack, or heck, i´d be happy with the "four-pack" lol.  And improve my physique.  so this pictures are before and after one month of carb cut.  I did not stay too consistant, (for which I am kicking myself now), but I just wondered if anyone else saw some improvmeent, or if it was just my imagination.

I tried to upload, but coud not.  so that is the link if you guys could check them out, the website is bodybuilding.com.

Also, question.  To work out the Lat spread, and get some shoulder to waist ratio going on, will pullups, and weighted pull ups help with that?    You know, that "broad shoulder small waist" . . . ."illusion" or whatever.  I seem sooo far from that. . . . .   Anyways, thanks for any critique, advice.

Oh, and while any of you are at it, any BF guess would be fine too.  Last July, 08, I got ripped chicks guess at 15%, sadly, I have done nothing since then. . . .

Nice progress so far, but the REAL results occur over several years time period.  Stick with it, you're doing great so far!

Of Course, I never meant that 15% was ripped, I was coming down from up around 20%, and last year, I was estimated around 15%, but anyways. . .

Those articles you read on getting ripped fast... Then showing a picture of a guy who got insanely shredded in only 4 weeks... That's fake ;)

Honestly don't even bother trying to see a transformation after 1 month, all I see is hair and no hair.  Give it about 2 months..  As a matter of fact don't even take pictures 4 weeks apart, take them at least 8 weeks apart.   You don't want to lose too much too fast anyways , cause you will lose too much muscle.

Good Luck and make another post next month to measure progress

yeah your not going to see major results in 1 month. You will see something, but nothing huge.

I would give yourself at least 3 months before comparing things...it will make a world of difference. Especially for cutting.

I saw major results in 3 months with me. I wasnt even cutting either, my sedentary lifestyle was halted and my diet changed(not to a cutting diet however). With just going to the gym and eating healthier i lost 20 pounds within this 3 month time span. 3 months... you will see results if you keep working hard.
