Ive heard some people do 1 ad the cycle off and do 6 oxo and repeat. Any advice is appreciated

1-AD is a legal steroid, and it is legal because it is naturally occuring. It will lower your natural T-levels since your body gets it from the 1-AD. But there are a number of side effects, 4-AD will help those side effects.

6 OXO is an aromatase inhibitor. It combats estrogen formation. it also fights testicular shutdown, and it increases natural T-levels.

This is why you cycle 1-AD (4-AD), then 6 OXO. 1-AD shuts natural T-levels down (After a period of time) and 6 OXO helps turn natural T-levels back on.

Both will help you get good muscular gains.

It is a good combo.

This is baseless and poor advice. One must always cycle exogenous hormone use.
