I just got back into the gym about 5 weeks ago after a 6 year layoff due to a bunch of misc issues. After a few weeks of lifting i started a 1-AD cycle. Im getting great results from this product. Occasionally I will tweak a muscle during lifting and i will take either acetaminophen or ibuprofen to combat the pain. Has anyone read or heard of any complications of the liver or other problem areas with this combo? I know either of the pain reducers shouldnt be taken over a long period of time, but from the stories i have heard about alcohol and pain reducers on the liver, i want to be sure.

I haven't heard of a problem with doing that... but at the same time, 1-testosterone has not been on the market long enough to rule out any problems with mixing drugs.

I would only take the ibuprofen only when needed... and not at the same time as taking 1-AD. Although nothing I have heard of or read has suggested taking them at the same time is bad, it never hurts to be safe right?
