whoa I really like your routine man! I mean I really like it! I am going to give that one a try. You don't need all those ab days in there though train them like any other muscle.

Yesterday 12/30/07... warmup db extensions- 30s 2x12 scull crushers- 85 3x12 new at these so I didnt go heavy close bench- 175 3x8-10 single arm db extensions- 35 3x10-12 pushups as many as possible- 18

1/3/08... warmup bench- 3 sets flat bench- 190 3x8 incline bench- 135 2x10 neck bench- 135 2x8 db flies- 45s 2x12 superset pushups- I got 10 shoulder rows- 2x10 single raise- 2x12 SizeOn really really works makes you feel like right when you get done with a set you can do it again.

Yesterday 1/5/08....I did legs from not doing them last time Front squats- 105 4x7 Lounges with dbs- 30s 3x8 Calf raises- single 4x10-15 Sit wall for as long as I could soon my cable machine will be fixed so I will be able to do leg extensions and ham curls.
